MTS Moving provides interprovincial moving services across Canada, including transportation, packing, and storage solutions. Our Website provides information about our services, online consultation booking through our AI assistant "Rigo," and communication tools to facilitate your moving experience.

3. Service Areas

MTS Moving specializes exclusively in long-distance interprovincial moves within Canada. Our primary service corridors include:

• Ontario to British Columbia
• British Columbia to Ontario
• Ontario to Alberta
• Alberta to Ontario
• Alberta to British Columbia
• British Columbia to Alberta

We do not provide local or intra-provincial moving services.

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our Website or by our representatives are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory, accessibility, distance, and other factors determined during an in-person or video assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Booking and Cancellation

Moving service bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the move: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the move: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the move: No refund

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on timing and circumstances.

6. Insurance and Liability

MTS Moving provides basic carrier liability coverage for all moves. Additional full-replacement value protection is available for purchase. Our liability is limited as follows:

• Basic Coverage: $0.60 per pound per article
• Full-Value Protection: Available at additional cost with $0 deductible option

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Our claims ratio of 0.6% reflects our commitment to careful handling, though we recommend full-value protection for high-value items.

7. Late Delivery Compensation

MTS Moving offers a late delivery compensation of $50 per day for delays beyond the agreed delivery window, subject to the terms of your specific service agreement. This compensation does not apply to delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, or customer-caused delays.

9. AI Assistant ("Rigo")

Our Website features an AI-powered assistant named "Rigo" to help with consultations and bookings. While Rigo provides helpful information and can schedule consultations, all quotes and service agreements must be confirmed by our human representatives. Information provided by Rigo is for guidance purposes and does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee.

10. User Responsibilities

When using our Website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Disclose any items requiring special handling (fragile, hazardous, or high-value items)
• Ensure accessibility for loading and unloading at origin and destination
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

11. Prohibited Items

MTS Moving cannot transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable food items
• Live plants (depending on provincial regulations)
• Pets or live animals
• Cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable personal documents (recommended to transport personally)

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MTS Moving and Storage Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTS Moving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.
